Developed for Racard, a Geneva-based company, this application addresses complex scheduling constraints for their workforce and logistics.

The Engine. The core optimization engine was written in Rust to handle the heavy computational load of the scheduling algorithm. It utilizes constraint satisfaction techniques to generate valid schedules that maximize resource utilization while respecting labor laws and employee preferences.
